Rob Wallace had started with Remax reality. My wife's home was being put on the market. We went with the agent (Rob), NOT, with the Agency.
It started out quickly. Listed in 2 days. The future buyers had the issues. Rob kept complete contact with us, the buyer, and both attorneys.
Days went by, weeks went by, as the new buyers, a young couple with a small family wanted that home off the water. Six (6) months later we closed. No extensions were written.
