Where do we begin. Rob Wallace had started with Remax reality. My wife's home was being put on the market. We went with the agent (Rob), NOT, with the Agency. It started out quickly. Listed in 2 days. The future buyers had the issues. Rob kept complete contact with us, the buyer, and both attorneys. Rob went above and beyond during all phases in the process of selling our home. From setting up the showings, continually keeping us apprised of any changes or updates, checking up on the property because we had already moved out of state, to even setting up a lawn service for us! We found Rob to be very helpful. He was always available. Able to get us into any house we wanted to see. Informative and if he didn't know the answer he had the answer within 24hrs. After we found the house we wanted he was helpful with mortgage guy, lawyer, inspector... Since we were moving from a different state we did not have any of these contacts. Rob knew the various requirements that the state of Connecticut had. The buying process moved quickly and seamlessly .
